The business and the brief
Search for Hire is a specialist headhunting agency for SEO, Paid Media and Growth teams. It works with agencies and in-house brands hiring people in these disciplines. Client conversations need to communicate the hiring problem, the qualities a role requires, and how the search will work.
Montaj trained Josh Peacock, Shreya, Daris Benallal and Faith Jackson-Garbett in a workflow for creating branded web presentations with AI. The session focused on turning the information already available from a client conversation into a clear narrative, supported by Search For Hire's brand and relevant proof.
The commercial aim was better speed to lead: a shorter path from an enquiry or discovery conversation to a considered proposal. Reusing the brand rules and review checks gives the team a consistent quality standard to work towards as it responds to new opportunities.

Why context mattered
A useful presentation needs to reflect the client's situation and Search For Hire's expertise. The audience, hiring concerns, approved claims, and next step all shape the story. Brand rules determine how that story looks and sounds.
Call notes carry
- Audience
- Hiring concerns
- Approved claims
- Next step
Brand instructions carry
- Colours
- Typography
- Layout
- Tone
The workshop brought those inputs together before asking AI to build. It showed how reusable brand instructions can carry the firm's colours, typography, layout, and tone into each new presentation, while the call notes provide client context. This follows the same principles as building an AI second brain for your business.
What we worked through
The session used a live example to explore how existing materials could become a proposal page. The method started with the brief: who would read it, what decision they needed to make, which evidence mattered and what they should do next.
The workshop materials set out the next stages: extract reusable brand rules, choose visual references, plan the sections and build a small prototype. A prepared recruitment example connected the process to a familiar task: explaining a hiring problem, presenting Search For Hire's approach and inviting a role-intake conversation.

Review was part of the method. The guidance covered checking the narrative, factual claims, brand fit and mobile layout before sharing a page. It also explained how hosting and a branded domain could turn an approved presentation into a client link.

What the team can reuse
The supporting materials include prompts for extracting brand rules, filtering transcripts into presentation briefs and reviewing the finished work. A workshop console brings together the steps, checklists and workflow diagrams, whilst the recording and written guide provide a reference for practising the method.
The next step is to save the useful structure and brand instructions from the first real proposal as a starting point for future work. The same approach could support:
- Candidate shortlists
- Role strategy pages
- Market maps
Each presentation stays grounded in the relevant client brief.
This early example connects the training to the sales process: AI helps prepare the proposal, reusable brand instructions guide its quality, and the team reviews the work before sharing it. It provides a concrete starting point for assessing proposal turnaround, consistency and buyer response as the team continues using the workflow.
What changed for
the people in the room
Unscripted reactions from founders and professionals at our live AI Week workshops: 250+ trained and counting.

“Extremely valuable session. The team were able to do Q&As the whole way through to get a strong understanding of everything that we built.”
Josh Peacock
“We went ahead and created all of the client proposals, templates, and automations that Kai mentioned. We've already been complimented on it by a prospect in our first week of implementation.”
Shreya LaCock
“Everyone thinks they're ahead of AI until this guy goes to work. I stepped away from the session with not only ideas on what to implement but the actual instructions and guides on how to execute. This isn't some top level summary of what AI can do.”
Daris Benallal
Head of Recruitment
“The session was highly engaging and interesting. It was great to watch an absolute master working at his craft. Thoroughly enjoyed it and felt that it would really add value to client conversations and presentations for us as a business.”
