The business and the brief
Enhesa is an AI-powered regulatory intelligence platform used by some of the world's largest businesses, including Global Fortune 500 companies. It helps organisations understand compliance risks, trace decisions to evidence and act on changing regulations across EHS, product compliance, chemicals and corporate sustainability.
Its marketing team wanted to understand how to apply AI more effectively to its own work. The brief was to improve consistency and speed whilst maintaining quality, and to use customer profiles and buyer insight to create marketing that resonates. Better use of AI also increased the team's capacity.

Why context mattered
Everyone has AI now. So what?
The keynote opened with a question: 'Everyone has AI now. So what?' As more teams gain access to capable models, the useful difference comes from the knowledge they give those models and how they apply them to their work.
For Enhesa, product expertise, messaging, collateral and buyer insight lived across different systems and teams. People needed an easier way to find current material and reuse it. Shared context could help AI understand the audience, product claims, tone of voice and purpose behind each task, reducing the need to explain the business afresh in every chat.
What we worked through
Montaj combined the keynote with a practical workshop in which the team explored its own processes and marketing challenges.
The presentation showed how to organise context at company, customer, team and task levels, then turn repeatable work into reusable AI skills. Each skill needs clear inputs, a method, checks and an example of a good output. We also covered how to judge which tasks to delegate, where to work alongside AI and where human decisions remain essential.

A good output
Worked examples included creating a launch pack from an approved brief, preparing a report from current performance data and using sales conversations to identify buyer objections and customer language. The team examined how these ideas could support clearer briefs, more useful reporting and collaboration across product, marketing and sales.

What the team took away
The work produced a set of priorities grounded in the team's own challenges. These included a shared 'Enhesa Brain' that follows the principles of building an AI second brain for your business, for approved knowledge and collateral. Other priorities included more consistent briefs, reusable copy and tone-of-voice checks, and regular reviews of buyer signals.

Montaj provided a written follow-up document that turned those priorities into a recommended order of work. It covered the proposed knowledge structure, repeatable workflows, data connections and governance, with actions for the next 30, 60 and 90 days. A resource library brought together the presentation, recordings and practical guides.
The roadmap starts with access, shared context and a small set of workflows to test. Later phases recommend connecting reporting data, extending shared learning across teams and reviewing adoption.
