5. Intellectual Property
All Content on the Website, and the Website itself, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes our name, logo, brand assets, and proprietary frameworks, including the MONTAJ framework.
You may view Content on the Website and print or download extracts for your own personal or internal business reference. You must not otherwise copy, modify, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any Content without our prior written permission.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
6. User Submissions
When you submit information through the Website, for example by completing a form, booking a call, or completing the AI Readiness Quiz, you confirm that you are entitled to provide that information and that it is accurate.
We handle any personal data you submit in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may use aggregated and anonymised data derived from submissions to improve the Website, our Tools, and our Services.
7. The AI Readiness Quiz and Interactive Tools
Our Tools, including the AI Readiness Quiz, are provided for general information only. Any result, score, or recommendation generated by a Tool is indicative, is produced automatically from the information you provide, and is not a guarantee, a professional assessment, or a substitute for tailored advice.
You are responsible for any decisions you make based on the output of our Tools, and we accept no liability for those decisions to the extent permitted by law.
8. No Professional Advice
The Content on the Website, including any articles, guides, and Tool results, is provided for general information only. It does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or business advice, and you should not rely on it as such. You should obtain independent professional advice before taking, or refraining from, any action on the basis of the Content.
9. Enquiries, Bookings, and Separate Agreements
Submitting an enquiry or booking a call with us does not create a contract for the provision of Services. It is an invitation for us to discuss whether and how we might work together.
Where we agree to provide Services, those Services are governed by a separate written agreement, such as a service agreement or statement of work. Those agreements set out the scope, fees, and terms of the engagement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a separate agreement in relation to that engagement, the separate agreement takes precedence.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
The Website may contain links to third-party websites, tools, and resources. We provide these links for your convenience only and do not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for the content, products, or services of any third party. Your use of any third-party website or service is at your own risk and subject to that third party's own terms.
11. Availability of the Website
We provide the Website on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Website, or any Content or Tool on it, will always be available, uninterrupted, or free from errors.
We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict the availability of all or any part of the Website for business or operational reasons, and we may change or remove Content at any time without notice.
12. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to the Website and its Content, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of accuracy, completeness, satisfactory quality, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
13. Limitation of Liability
Subject to Section 12, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for:
- Any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, or anticipated savings
- Any loss or corruption of data
- Any indirect, special, or consequential loss
arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Website, its Content, or its Tools.
Where we are found liable to you despite the above, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Website is limited to the greater of the amount you have paid to us in connection with your use of the Website, or one hundred pounds sterling (GBP 100).
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that we incur arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Website after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Privacy and Cookies
Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, and how we use cookies and similar technologies.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms, their subject matter, and their formation are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Website.
If you access the Website as a consumer from outside England and Wales, you may benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms affects those rights.

- Assignment: You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may transfer ours to any successor to our business.
- Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of the Website.
