What AI Week was
A custom training week to build confidence and competency around AI
Most AI training for business is either a two-day theory course you've forgotten by Friday, or a hype talk that leaves you no better off on Monday morning. We wanted the opposite of both.
So in May 2026 we took over Sópers House, the members' club in Cuffley, Hertfordshire, where Montaj Digital is based, and ran AI Week: five live, practical sessions across three days, built around real service businesses rather than engineers.
More than 250 people came through across the three days. Some had never typed a prompt. Some were already paying for the tools and wanted to go deeper. Running it on home turf mattered: it brought AI to our own local business community, not a rented conference room full of strangers.
The whole week ran on one idea: AI is a toolbox, not a magic wand. Quick wins get you started; systems get you to scale. Every session was filmed and edited, and they're all below.
