Professional service firms are paid for their people's time and expertise. AI and automation are genuinely good at that work. We exist to organise the knowledge, reclaim the time, and turn admin hours back into billable ones.
Montaj started life in 2022 as a marketing agency. As AI became genuinely useful, we made a deliberate call: we offboarded the old client book and rebuilt the business around implementing AI and automation properly, the work we cared about most. Same team, sharper focus. It's why we build and run the systems ourselves rather than handing over a deck, and why the client owns everything we make.
Plenty of people will talk to you about AI. Fewer will build the thing and show it running. We're the second kind. Founder & Managing Director
Kaiyan founded Montaj and still builds much of the work himself. An economics graduate from the University of York with a numbers-first read on any business, he created the two methods behind everything we do, M.A.P. for implementing AI and M.O.N.T.A.J. for lead generation, and has trained over 250 professionals at our own AI Week. He owns the whole arc of a client engagement, from the first map of the business to the running system, and teaches the thinking in public.

Head of UI/UX
Ebrahim leads design at Montaj. A graphic designer, UI/UX designer and creative director, he turns strategy into brand identities and digital experiences that are clear, usable and built around the people who use them. He designs the sites, tools and dashboards we ship for clients, and our own brand work, pairing creative thinking with a structured, business-minded approach.
AI & Automation Lead
Sualeh leads AI and automation delivery. A senior AI and full-stack engineer with around five years building AI-powered products, he works across AI agents, LLM applications, RAG systems, workflow automation and the production infrastructure that keeps them running. He has built end-to-end systems for global clients, and owns how Montaj delivers: the systems, the SOPs and the builds themselves.
